Taste the flavors of antojitos — Mexican street food.

Antojitos are classic Mexican munchables. You're probably familiar with many of them: tacos, sopes,  gorditas, and tamales are just a few. Along with being irresistibly delicious, they represent a taste of Mexico's culinary history, with ingredients that have been treasured since ancient times.

The Masa

Masa, or corn meal, is one of the key ingredients in Mexican antojitos. Corn was the main food of indigenous people in Mexico, and corncobs were a symbol of life, of future generations, and of bounty. Corn (maize) is still, today, an essential part of the Mexican diet, and masa dough is the base for almost all our delicious antojitos.

The Spicy Stuff

Chiles are another essential and beloved ingredient in Mexican food. The word comes from the native "tzilli," which means spicy. The best-known chiles are the jalepeño, ancho, serrano, and poblano—but there are many more, and you'll find them in many of our antojitos and in the salsas served alongside them.

Our salsas are made from the freshest ingredients, including a variety of tomatoes, spices, garlic, onion, parsley, and creamy avocado. Typically served in small bowls or added directly to foods, there's a salsa to suit your taste, from mild to extra hot.
